Enjoy. #tesscooks4u #kielbasa #souprecipe #kielbasarecipes #kielbasasausage #cabbagesoup #polishrecipe #polishsoup #recipe #recipes #cooking #food #foodie #soup How To Make Polish Kielbasa Cabbage Soup INGREDIENTS: 1 TO 1 1/2 pounds sliced kielbasa 6 cups chicken broth 1 large diced onion 3 stalks diced celery 2 diced carrots 4 cups diced cabbage 3 peeled and diced potatoes 2 cloves minced garlic 1 bay leaf salt and black pepper 2 Tbsp. butter or chicken schmaltz/fat In a soup pot add chicken schmaltz/butter, diced onion, celery and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add kielbasa. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic. Cook and stir for one minute. Add cabbage and stir to combine. Add chicken broth and bay leaf. Bring to simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Add potatoes, bring back to simmer and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
